Three steps, two bonuses: you refer, your friend comes by, and you get rewarded.
1. Pass on a referral
Pick up a referral card at our reception or share the link to this page with a friend. What matters is that we can clearly attribute the referral to you.
2. First consultation: €40
If your friend comes to his first consultation with us, you receive a €40 bonus.
3. Sperm donor: another €100
If your friend is accepted as a sperm donor after the required tests, you receive another €100.
€40+€100=€140
In total, you can earn a bonus of up to €140.

As a sperm donorWhat to expect
As a sperm donor, you first go through a first consultation and the required medical tests. Only then is it decided whether you can be accepted as a donor.
1. Book online
Pick a free slot above. You’ll receive your booking confirmation by email.
2. Sample donation and first consultation
Come by to give a sample. In the first consultation we’ll answer all your questions. Tip: your last ejaculation should be 3 to 5 days ago.
3. Health check
If your sample quality is sufficient, we’ll arrange a further appointment. We’ll go through health questions and you’ll give us a blood and a urine sample.
4. Contract for our collaboration
If everything fits, we’ll draw up a contract for long-term collaboration.

When do I get the €40?
As soon as the friend you referred has attended his first consultation with us.
When do I get the additional €100?
When your friend is accepted as a sperm donor after completing the required tests.
Does my friend need to bring the referral card?
Ideally, yes – that way we can clearly attribute the referral. Without a card, he simply tells us your name or your donor number at his first consultation.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes, that’s possible.
Can I refer someone who has already been in touch with you?
Applicants who have already been turned down can no longer be referred.
How is the bonus paid out?
The bonus is transferred to the bank account we have on file for you.
What happens if my friend isn’t suitable as a sperm donor?
You still keep the €40 for the first consultation he attended.
